I had the same issue at the beginning. I was uncertain and full of doubt, so I discarded my outdated belief and replaced it with faith that everything is possible and there is no problem in saying: “I don’t know”. Only myself can stop me. One little miracle after another without any expectation or attachment to the outcome. Some people come and leave pain free, others leave with reduced stress. Still others feel relaxed.
